• Pages visited and features used

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our tribute services

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

Tribute content is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with strict access controls. Media files are stored in Firebase Storage with secure, authenticated access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Public Tributes: Tribute content marked as public is viewable by anyone with the link
• Service Providers: Google Firebase for authentication, storage, and hosting
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management through Firebase. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

7. Current Account Controls

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Today, the product includes self-service controls for profile details, privacy settings, notification preferences, and password changes for eligible email/password accounts.

We do not currently provide self-service account deletion or tribute export tools. If those workflows are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they are offered.

8. Children's Privacy

Bridge 2 Hearts is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
